Wie wir miteinander kommunizieren, wie wir Entscheidungen treffen, wie wir Mitarbeitende f\u00f6rdern und fordern, wie wir Wertsch\u00e4tzung transportieren oder den Gesch\u00e4ftserfolg bzw. die Notwendigkeit des Kampfes gegen den Klimawandel definieren, welche Ma\u00dfnahmen wir daf\u00fcr setzen und welche Werkzeuge wir w\u00e4hlen, die andere. Gemeinsam haben alle diese Aspekte den Nenner der Kultur: So steht die Unternehmenskultur im Kontext des Firmenfuhrparks im direkten Zusammenhang mit dem Kulturgut Auto und dem emotionalen Thema Mobilit\u00e4t. Und damit als Multiplikator f\u00fcr die erdachte Vision und gelebte Realit\u00e4t des Unternehmens fungieren. Flurfunk \u00fcber Ladeweile, Kantinenknatsch wegen Modellauswahl, Chefetagen-Communiqu\u00e9 zur Nachhaltigkeitsstrategie oder Fuhrparkmanager-Fun-Facts zu den neuen Sharing-Fahrzeugen. Alles ist verwoben, kein Aspekt eine Insel. Andreas Tschas: \u201eWir befinden uns noch in der letzten Phase der digitalen Transformation und die n\u00e4chste hat schon begonnen. Der Unterschied ist dieses Mal: In Richtung Nachhaltigkeit wollen viele Mitarbeiter*innen dabei sein. Gerade die Mobilit\u00e4t ist ein besonders greifbares Thema und eine wichtige Projektionsfl\u00e4che f\u00fcr das Employer Branding.\u201c Dies k\u00f6nne Tschas aus eigener Erfahrung best\u00e4tigen, da im Rahmen der \u201eGlacier Climate Academy\u201c oft nachgefragt werde, welche Best Practice Beispiele es in diesem Bereich g\u00e4be.
